This is my first ever attempt at fretting an instrument. Having the element of raised frets really was a challenge. Although it is somewhat Wabi-Sabi I still love this Ruan. Here I am playing it in a non-traditional tuning for a Zhong Ruan. Instead I have it tuned DGBD like my banjo sans the drone string.
